SUMMARY:MiDAS Refresher Theory Session
DESCRIPTION:This session is for those who have previously completed MiDAS Driver training and hold a MiDAS Minibus Driver Certificate which is about to expire or has recently expired and need to complete the refresher training to obtain a new MiDAS Minibus Driver Certificate.  Please take a look at our district MiDAS webpage for full details of the training and the costs involved.  If you wish to attend this training please send an email to MiDAS@cesd.org.uk providing your MiDAS certificate and licence details as requested on the webpage. \n\n\n\nThe theory session will include the multiple choice theory test and it may be possible to have your on the road driving assessment the same day / same weekend.  \n\n\n\nIf you are not available on this date then please e-mail MiDAS@cesd.org.uk as an additional session could be arranged\, or may already be being planned and not yet on the calendar. \n\n\n\nVENUE: 63 Mountbatten Close\, Yate\, BS37 5TE (https://goo.gl/maps/x4Fj2bgrmYxLikD27) numbers limited at this venue so if more people wish to attend this session please offer your venue.

DESCRIPTION:This module must be completed\, within the first 3 months of their volunteering\, by any young person volunteering at a Scout Group whether as a Young Leader\, DofE volunteer or any other reason for volunteering.    \n\n\n\nPlease let us know 2 days prior to date of module you wish to attend by email to YoungLeaders@cesd.org.uk  \n\n\n\nCan all new Young Leaders (including DofE volunteers) provide the following details for OSM: Name\, Date of Birth\, Contact email and phone number\, Explorer unit (if explorer\, or state Young Leader or DofE volunteer only)\, Scout group and section working with.  \n\n\n\nAlthough a Young Person is not permitted to assist at a Scout Group until they reach 13½ years of age (for YLs at squirrels\, beavers and cubs but those transitioning up from scouts should wait 12 months before returning to their former scout troop)\, they can start their Module A training in the 3 months leading up to their becoming 13½ years of age. \n\n\n\nVENUE: 1st Woodend Scout HQ\, Talbots End\, Cromhall\, South Gloucestershire GL12 8AJ Google Maps: https://goo.gl/maps/ywfiGrT3dsXvQiuq8
