The event is from Friday 10th until Sunday 12th June 2022
The event is open to all sections Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers, Network from Bristol South and Cotswold Edge Districts only.
The event is being held at Woodhouse Park Activity Centre. Directions
The cost for all participants will be £20. This is a self-catering event and does not include the cost of transport to or from the event. Groups may charge more to include catering and transport. Day visitors will be available soon but priority will be given to campers at the moment.
The Centre will be open from 12 noon on the Friday.
All activities and camping fees are included in the £20 price. An up-to-date list of activities is above (subject to change). Groups will need to arrange their own food and transport.
Participants will need to contact their section leader to book. Group leaders can book online.
No, but we will be including a festival band. New Woodhouse Park badges can purchased from the shop for £1.50.
The Centre shop will be open during the event selling a variety of badges, t-shirts, drinks, ice creams, sweets, tea and coffee. The shop accepts cash and card payments.
Booking
Online booking is only for Group Leaders, individual participants need to contact their Group Leader to book.
